National Police Chief Gen. Suyudi Ario Seto has asked the central MUI to study and issue a fatwa declaring the use of electronic cigarettes (vape) haram. The request was conveyed during a courtesy visit to the MUI central office in Menteng, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (13/10/2026).
