Danish Duo Dismantle Juventus in Turin

Lazio produced a masterclass to demolish Juventus 3-0 in Serie A Matchday 7 at the Allianz Stadium in the early hours of Monday (19/10/2026) WIB. The opener came from Danish defender Oliver Provstgaard in the 37th minute: meeting Mattia Zaccagni's cross with a glancing header from six yards — his first goal for the capital club.

Gustav Isaksen doubled the lead in the 66th minute. The Danish winger controlled Nuno Tavares' cross-field pass, cut inside past Zeki Celik and curled a left-footed finish into the far bottom corner. The sealing goal came from substitute Fisayo Dele-Bashiru in the 89th minute with a stunning individual effort: running from inside his own half, beating Gleison Bremer, then firing past Guglielmo Vicario from a tight angle.

Frustrated Juventus, Spalletti in the Stands

Juventus played without coach Luciano Spalletti in the technical area as he served a touchline ban following his red card against Cagliari. Assistant Marco Domenichini, leading from the sidelines, could not spark a Bianconeri side that looked slow and predictable.

The hosts had a goal by Randal Kolo Muani in the 24th minute ruled out for offside. In the second half, home fans loudly jeered their team's aimless possession play. The best chances came from a Kolo Muani header that sailed over and a Francisco Conceição curler that proved too easy for goalkeeper Christos Mandas.

Lazio Top, Juventus Languish in Eighth

The victory took Lazio to the top of the Serie A table with 19 points, level with Inter — and their first league win in Turin since October 2017. Gennaro Gattuso set a record as the first Lazio coach to win six of his opening seven Serie A matches.

Juventus, by contrast, languish in eighth place with 11 points from seven games. Pressure is mounting on Spalletti, whose side looked devoid of ideas against Lazio's intensity. Next up, Juventus host Parma while Lazio travel to Lecce.
