Shooting and firearms near Ambon Village
Three people were injured in an armed assault near Kampung Ambon, Cengkareng, West Jakarta, Wednesday (14/10/2026) around 16:00 WIB. The victims were attacked by a group of unknown people who came using vehicles, carrying sharp weapons and firearms.
Two of the victims suffered sharp-weapon cuts to the back and arm, while one victim was shot in the ear. The attack took place on East Tanggul Street, just across the Yellow Complex known as Ambon Village.
Police officer Pol Nasriadi said three of the victims had been taken to the hospital, according to him, the victims were conscious and could give evidence to investigators.

The police team that investigated the scene (crime scene (TKP)) found two bullets and one whole projectile.The entire findings will be ballistically examined to find out what kind of firearms the perpetrators used.
