The suspected persecution of MBG officers in KPPG Bogor: an officer was stabbed by his colleague. Police revealed the identity of the perpetrator GD and the victim RAN, both from Purwakarta.

A viral video showed a man repeatedly beaten with a shell-like object, filmed from behind a railway door in the area of the Bogor Gizi Service Office (KPPG).
The incident took place on Wednesday (14/10/2026) around 15.00 am on the outside side of the KPPG Bogor Office, Destarata IV No. 5, Tegal Gundil, Bogor North.
Police revealed the identities of both parties: the suspected perpetrator of GD, Purwakarta Regional Coordinator (Korwil) Purwakarta; the victim of RAN initiative, Purwakarta’s Head of the Service Unit for the Implementation of Nutrition (SPPG). Both are members of Purwakarta’s Indonesian Development Engineer (SPPI) who are visiting Bogor’s KPPG for the development of the Free Nutrition Eating (MBG) program.
The head of the KPPG Bogor, Haidir, justified the incident, saying the two men had been beaten and severely tortured, then reconciled and returned to Purwakarta.
The National Gizi Agency (BGN) carries out internal investigations and prepares sanctions for those who are proven guilty; the results can be forwarded to law enforcement.

Video of persecution of MBG officials viral on social media

The alleged video of persecution of employees of the Free Eating Program (MBG) in Bogor City viral on social media and sparked public anger. In the circulating recording, a man appeared to be curled while being robbed repeatedly with objects resembling shells to shut down, recorded from behind the iron doors.

The incident occurred on the outside page of the Office of Gizi Implementation Service (KPPG) Bogor, Road Destarata IV Number 5, Tegal Gundil, Bogor North, on Wednesday (14/10/2026) around 15.00 WIB.

Police reveal identity: GD and RAN from Purwakarta

Police investigation revealed the identities of the two parties involved.The suspected perpetrators are GD who serves as the Regional Coordinator (Korwil) Purwakarta, while the victims are RAN who is the Head of the Purwakarta Gizi Implementation Service Unit (SPPG).

Both were members of the Indonesian Development Engineer (SPPI) from Purwakarta who at the time of the incident were visiting KPPG Kota Bogor for work purposes, including administrative affairs and the implementation of the Free Food Program (MBG).

KPPG leader Bogor permitted, both sides have been peaceful

The head of the KPPG Bogor Raya, Haidir, justified the dispute between the two officers. He explained, when his incident with the line was in the office when he heard a scream from the outside, then rushed out and found the two SPPIs from Purwakarta were fighting.

The party of the KPPG then raided them both, brought them into the room, and gave a tough tweet. “We gave a tough tweet to them both and communicated that any form of violence is not permitted anywhere, including in the KPPG office,” Haidir said. He said both parties had peacefully settled and returned to Purwakarta, but the cause of the dispute is still debated whether it was a personal issue or misunderstanding.

BGN investigates and prepares sanctions

A spokesman for the BGN said it was preparing firm sanctions for those found guilty, including disabling, and the results of the investigation could be forwarded to law enforcement.

Meanwhile, the police are investigating the complete chronology of the incident.This case has become a serious concern given that MBG is a national priority program, so alleged violence in its working environment has been assessed to disprove the program.
